Our Leadershipmatters
Emerge Learning Corporation (Canada) was founded in November 2005 as a result of a logical business merger between Rob Skeet of 88 Productions Inc. and Pat Schneider and Lee MacLean of Converge Consulting Group Inc. Emerge Learning (UK) was created in 2009 after the acquisition of Pelorus Learning Limited from Natalie Macaulay, who is herself a previous employee of Emerge Learning (Canada) and is now back in the Emerge Learning family as a partner.

Natalie is the newest Partner to join the Emerge Learning team. Her learning practice focuses on leadership and team development and the design and delivery of online learning interventions. Natalie is based in Canada and the UK and is our UK Managing Director.

Lee is Emerge's managing partner. She is primarily responsible for ensuring our consulting practice delivers on its promises and that the entire team lives and breathes our values and principals in everything we do. Lee is an adult educator with a stong background in instructional design. She has developed hundres of programs over the years and has managed many large scale learning projects.

Pat leads our governance, strategy and talent management practice. She brings 25 years of organization effectiveness consulting experience to assignments that include organization design, Human Resource functional excellence, team development, employee engagement and strategy implementation.

Over the past 22 years there is little that Rob hasn't done. From e-learning, web development, and multimedia, to television writing, producing, editing, and sound recording he has been involved in well over 500 projects. Rob adds his vast experience, creative bent and warped sense of humor to each and every project.
